the girls in the window were wonderful and friendly. the girl who took my order this morning was very rude and lazy. she seemed very unhappy that we were there. she always tried to overthrow my order. she was very short with her answer. when I tried to add additional things to my order, she interrupted me that “is all this for today?” after every article I tried to order, although I was not close to doing (I had 3 drinks to order plus 3 bakery items). Usually I am very happy with my experience here, but this young woman really put a damper on it. I'm not sure if she had a bad day, but as a customer service experience manager for 10 years, I would definitely have a conversation with her about...

Very disappointed in our drinks..stopped going for a long time because of the inconsistency in drinks..very seldom do we get what we order,tired of having to go back thru the line to get it corrected and listen to the deafening music,maybe if it was turned down the orders could be heard better..I really wish trainers would be more adamant about consistency.

can't go wrong with any Dutch bros I've been, but my favorite place is the Monmouth location. super brilliant staff, remembers their names and they are always stunned. delicious, no matter what I'm trying. the personal is also very good to recommend tasty drinks

Quality is going way down.. used to love Dutch. Now seems like Noone cares if they get your drink right. Which 9 times out of 10 they havent.

great customer service. waited 10 minutes at the walkable window, no confirmation at all. completely ignored. great?
