Starting from the time we arrived, there were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child. They said there was no table near the playroom, but they found a table for 8 people without children in the space. When I complained, the employee Késsia said there was no table, so she and another found a table and sat us down. Unfortunately, I went to serve myself at the buffet and saw them laughing at what had happened, one had her back turned and didn't see me. They made faces and mouths due to the complaint. The buffet was poor, the rice and shrimp all had shells, the lasagna was tasteless. The music very loud. Hot environment, insufficient and poorly trained professionals, careless table hygiene and lack of attention to customers. The food that arrived was tasty and the reception was also good.
