Eagle's Nest Cafe - Table reservation

For starters, the menu mentioned "crispy Brussels sprouts," but what we received was a soggy mess that looked like it had been pulled from a freezer. They were neither crispy nor edible; we managed to eat a few and left the rest untouched. Next, the menu promised grilled asparagus, but what we were served was merely limp, steamed asparagus that had no flavor. We only managed to eat two spears before leaving the rest on the plate. The sautéed broccoli was just plain steamed broccoli, lacking any seasoning or preparation. Melissa, Marci, and Kenny are fantastic! Even during the manager's reception, when things are really busy, they remain friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again because of their amazing service.

Oh my goodness... it was absolutely terrible. The fish in my salad had an awful smell, and the cheese was moldy (please see the pictures). Fortunately, the management issued a refund right away.

my 6 year old was served a raw burger by the time i noticed he ate most of it, club sandwich on menu they said they wouldnt do as it took to long to make laziness seems the theme
