I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the ribs. Unfortunately, the side dishes were quite small and not very tasty, so I probably won't be back. The meal was pricey—a full slab of ribs came with just a tiny scoop of corn and what I would barely call a side salad, more like a cup of taco filling that would barely fill one taco. The place itself had a bit of a run-down appearance. Additionally, the man at the register had poor hygiene, which made me question the cleanliness of the food. I went today May 12, 2023. I ordered two full slabs and the meat tasted old. The baked beans were fantastic as well as the Mac and cheese. The brisket was good but I was given two slices of pure fat. I tipped them $15.00 and I did not get a very good meal. My total bill with tax and tip was over a $100.00. I will not be back, I had a similar visit 8 months ago and thought I would try it again. I was disappointed tonight. You must watch what you are slicing and giving to customers. This did not have to happen. I did not feel a great vibe by the employees.
I ordered the meat platter and it was so good. It was definitely very tasty. All the chicken was a little bit dry but for the most part the best is the brisket the brisket is bomb.com. It was so soft and tender and the barbecue sauce and the flavor was on point the pork and beans are real good. I recommend them the mac cheese didn't like it but everything else was great. The brisket is definitely worth it.
I found the food to be lacking in flavor. I ordered the salmon tacos, but they were quite bland, like children's blue box macaroni. The brisket tacos were decent, but not outstanding. The charred corn had no flavor at all! On a positive note, I enjoyed a raspberry iced tea mixed with lemonade from the self-service station—it was delicious! The food could have been enjoyable if it had been served hot. Unfortunately, some of the staff were too busy gossiping and swearing to pay attention to their customers. They even overlooked a car waiting in the drive-thru for quite some time. The only redeeming employee was the cashier, who maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Food rating: 2/5.
This is the best bbq in the area, I've only had 2 bad experiences from the same staff member. So if there's a 16 year old dipshit taking orders that vapes in the kitchen and will forget your order by the drive through window for 15 min, maybe come back when she's not working. 5 star food, 2 star effort
Had the baby back ribs full slab and the chicken tenders. One side was fries the other was coleslaw. Ribs were a little dry. Tenders were good. Fries good. Coleslaw lacked a bit of flavor. Will try Earl's again. Used delivery. Next time will try mac n cheese and the beans.Food: 4/5
This food is not good. Smoked salmon was bland bland bland tasteless yuck.. Food temperature barely warm and the ribs tips over cooked hard burnt cant even eat. Brisket was just ok. Chicken edible. It's a No for me. Service is actually GreatFood: 2/5

Had a good experience with some of the things on this menu. Overall the pulled pork is pretty delicious, the nachos are pretty solid. The salmon, chicken and cornbread are extremely bland. Not the best bbq for the price
