Service was SOOOO Sub-par. We waited at the front door for almost 4 minutes before some lady with junk makeup all over her face came and said oh. Not sorry. Nothing...Shame. Then, it took 2 other people to figure out that we were waiting for a table. Finally we got seated but no one ever took drinks or food order. We had to stop a random person and demand service. That person was phenomenal. Everyone else in the place needs to wake up! I'm pretty sure I saw managers walking around without a care in the world for what was going on. Shame. Food was awesome. I was disappointed that for an appetizer that we expected to share, there are only 2 chicken tacos?!?? $15 for 2...Boo. Turn down the radi...
Our server, Ashley, was excellent. However, the food and drink portions, for the prices, were terrible. We had to send back a martini because the glass was less than half full when first served. And the spinach dip appetizer we ordered arrived with only about 1/3 of the bowl full not nearly enough for the amount of chips that were served with the dip. We could tell Ashley was slightly embarassed as she served these items and handled herself with grace and poise as we gave our feedback on the less than ideal portions. She kindly removed the martini from our bill. Overall, nice restaurant but if the portions remain the same size, the prices truly need to be adjusted.
great eating, efficient! looked at 530, left at 630 and was on time to our movie. fantastic!
