I am in Calgary for the funeral of my best friend. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, but the SERVICE I received was beyond amazing.Our server was Hayden, we came in after the wake. He was so kind and compassionate. I must've been wearing my grief quite obviously. He comped my drinks.. I know that this was a gesture of kindness and I really appreciated it.I do hope you value him as a team member and give him the recognition he deserves.Thank you Hayden, your kindness will not be forgotten.
A rare night out at Earl's that was disappointing. Took ages to get served, many items were unavailable including all pizzas and several desserts. Waitress brought the wrong wine to the table. At least three different times servers came up to our table with food that was not ours. The whole thing was frankly a gong show. Been going to earls' for years. This was notably really bad.
My friends and I had a fantastic dinner outdoors on the patio. The lighting was beautiful, with heat lamp umbrellas and Edison lights creating a warm ambiance. The server provided cozy blankets when it was a little chilly before the lamps were turned on. Overall, it was a charming and comfortable dining experience. The food was delicious, as always.
The taco sushi taste good but too small not worth it with the price. Much better if there’s pictures on the menu. Was there at 9pm, by 9:30 it’s starting to get dark and there’s no light near our table which the greeter should have known in the first place. We’re using flashlight while eating and taking pictures. The server is nice tho.

We had the best time going back to earls last Friday. Jenna the manager was amazing and was making sure our experience was up to their great standards. And Cass our server did a wonderful job! We were so well taken care of by both of them. Thank you so much for such a great night ? we will definitely be back
We were a large party of 8 and were seated on lounge side in an alcove that had a light burnt out making it difficult to read the menus. Plus noise level on a Friday on lounge side was loud. I'm not sure I'd bring my book club back to Earls after this experience. I'd give Earls a poor review as a result.
I celebrated my birthday at this restaurant with 15 other people! Sohila was our server and she was incredibly lovely. The management team went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service when they couldn't make the pizza I had originally requested. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
We ordered a seafood tower and there were no sauces provided for the shrimp, lobster, or oysters. We had to ask for some type of sauce our waitress did her best but we were not impressed for the price to not have that, when at any other high end restaurant we have been at provided multiple options

I didn't get good seating even though i booked ahead. Food portions were definitely smaller. They were short staffed so getting our food took a while. My prime sirloin was burnt. I come here often and chose earl's for a birthday dinner but I was disappointed.
The staff was fantastic in accommodating our special reservation request for our daughter's birthday. They made the celebration unforgettable and the food was delicious! We give them 5 stars across the board. Thank you!
