Disappointing, we have dined at Earth for several years since the restaurant opened with Ken Oringer followed by Justin Walker, itâs just not the same with the current staff. Cocktails were excellent. Our meal was average to below, beef tartare was delicious but minuscule, artichoke was very good, as well as the tuna. Lobster entree was unremarkable, the duck was practically uncooked and inedible. The best part of the meal were the donuts. Sad for what once was one of my favorite restaurants in this area.
