East side Mario's used to be my #1 go-to restaurant anytime I ate out. Unfortunately in the last few years they have really gone down hill and it is sad to see. My latest experience was ordering delivery last night. I placed my order online and once I clicked submit they showed the delivery time to be over an hour after I had ordered (I live about 5 min away). This was a bit long, but I was okay with it. They ended up being 15-20 min LATER than the wait time that was shown. I still would have been okay with it had the food been good. But it wasn't at all. We ordered a pizza and pasta and both were ice cold. You could tell that they had been sitting for a long time -- noodles all stuck togeth...

We have been going to east side mario's for years. Over the years though, we have noticed that the quality of the food has been going downhill. It has simply became tasteless. Not too long ago though, we discovered a favourite that was a new addition to the menu. We love the chicken parmigiana, with penne noodles and bolognese sauce. It is a great portion and so delicious! However recently, our one and only go to dish from there has went up in price again. This is super disappointing for us. It is like they are trying to compete with higher class restaurants, price wise, when in fact it was thought to be a family restaurant. To me family restaurants should be a little more reasonably priced....

Our experience over the past few times we have went is getting worse and worse. It seems like they are always under staffed. There will be empty tables but a line at the door of people waiting to sit down. The often "run" out of menu staples and with someone who is on a limited diet this is very challenging. overall dissatisfied with the service lately.

Food was just ok. I'm not impressed with the handycapped parking.only one spot. You either park across the street or behind the movie shows and have a long walk to the restaurant. There are 5 or 6 regular spots just next to Marios that should be for handycapped patrons
