I absolutely love a buffet, especially a Chinese buffet. The Eastern Buffet in Niles Ohio (by the Eastwood Mall) is one of my favorites. I like this particular restaurant because I’ve always had a good dining experience here. The Buffet is always well kept and clean, the staff is always tending to it. The buffet itself has a nice offering of popular Chinese “comfort” food as well as American comfort food. It has a nice salad bar, awesome dessert bar sushi roll bar. Now for the best part: they didn’t offer us a towel, just a stack of napkins. Then they brought us an absolutely disgusting towel—which we declined. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, she offered us a $4.20 discount for our embarrassing experience. I found that completely inadequate, so they comped our meal instead.
To sum it up, we didn’t even touch the fortune cookie. I suggest that anyone thinking of dining there either wear a raincoat, galoshes, or bring an umbrella. As for me, I won't be returning, even with a change of clothes.
This is my favorite restaurant! The sushi is excellent for the price, and everything else on the menu is just as delightful. I haven't encountered a single dish that wasn't delicious! Next time, I'll take some photos, but even without them, I highly recommend it if you're a fan of Asian cuisine. Don't miss the egg custard; it's one of the most amazing things I've ever tasted! My mother was also impressed by how good it was! Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and polite.

Fantastic food! This buffet offers the largest variety of Chinese dishes I've ever encountered. I tried around 15-16 different options, and every single one was delicious! The service was excellent as well. I also want to mention that the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean!
I've been going here basically my whole life on and off . But Eastern buffet is consistent and always good food. I've never gotten sick eating there ever and it seems like a family run establishment and everyone contributes. Would recommend.
They don't have the biggest choices they have, is pretty good. I love shells and cancers there. I'll eat them until I get sick. I won't leave until I have at least one of them.
I dined here on Saturday and was disappointed to find that the shrimp and imitation crab were overcooked and tough. It was truly unappetizing!
