Update: I very rarely leave Google reviews, however I was so mad last week at this company and how they handled my original issue that I wrote the review below. Shortly after this they emailed me asking to speak, so I left my phone number and they called me back and took so much time with me. This woman named Jen took the time and listened to me, was extremely apologetic and even empathetic towards my situation. She didn’t make me feel rushed and has done everything possible to correct this situation. This used to be great company but ever since they expanded things have fell off. Multiple times in the past 6 months they missed my delivery and said it was delivered. They did refund me right away but the whole point of meal is to save time and eat healthy. The food quality and portions have drastically changed. Ordered the Franky edger and no joke there was one and half strips of steak. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Already found a better one.
I have been an ECB customer for over a year now. The company’s customer service is really second to none. I had an issue with an order and it was resolved within minutes of me reaching out. The meals are also excellent and super affordable. Highly recommend!
Busy mom and fitness instructor loved it first 6 months but last two months no show delivery or midnight delivery when I’m asleep. Then I have to scurry around to get lunches and groceries the next day which has been awful.
