I was at EAT HAPPY today, Friday, July 4, 2025, between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I got something and immediately noticed that the man in the chopping kitchen was coughing directly onto the food while chopping, without any face mask and with his elbow in front of his mouth. Disgusting, and he did it several times in a row (COUGHING FIT) into the food without turning away. As if it were normal to spread his bacteria all over the food

I 've gotten sushi here a few times now and for supermarket sushi the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Today the two friendly ladies behind the counter even prepared two portions for me upon request, which I was then able to pick up shortly afterwards.
