My sister and I were excited for our reservation here. In the past, I’ve visited many Eataly restaurant locations including both New York locations, Chicago, and Vegas. I’ve had wonderful times there. This experience, however, was a bit of a letdown. My sister and I came early and were promptly seated at 5:15. The restaurant was very empty. We immediately ordered a drink each and the Gran Tagliere. Our drinks came and someone dropped off a basket of bread at our table without asking if we wanted it. The patio area just outside Eataly in the Prudential Center offers a lovely setting with appealing decor and shade perfect for a summer afternoon. However, it is situated in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the area. While the portion sizes and overall value might be on the smaller side, I found the focaccia fiori to be particularly enjoyable.
We've been to the Patio many times; this time was our least favorite. The tuna crude was very good, but everything else was below the usual level. The burrata came with two small slices of an unripe peach. The pasta (penne) had nothing to distinguish it. The waiter did not write down the order and then misremembered.
I enjoy strolling around this place, admiring the ever-changing food items and household goods. I particularly loved the pasta-shaped oven mitts! It's nice to also relax with a glass of wine.

In my opinion food was bland tasting and not worth the price….pretty sad we have to pay for bread and oil …I’ve never had to pay for bread….don’t think I’ll be going there again
I have visited Eataly multiple times and have always had a good experience. During my last visit, I ordered a caprese sandwich that was delicious and filling.
raw tuna was 16 dollars for 4 pieces. Also the taste was horrible. Taste of Bolognese was quiet fair but it was over 30 dollars. Overpriced. Never go again
The restaurant boasts a stunning location and offers exquisite food. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy delicious seafood safely in Boston.

The food was well-prepared, but it wasn't anything noteworthy. The portions were quite small and somewhat overpriced for what we received.
I went for lunch and absolutely enjoyed it. The restaurant had outdoor seating on the roof with ample space for social distancing.
