I'm going to be completely honest. Giving three stars to this place is generous.First of all, I walked into the extremely busy spot to look at the wait times. Dine in wait time was 90-175 minutes.I saw a lot of to go orders on the counter, so I decided to order to go as well. They told me the wait would be 30 minutes. So I ordered my food and came back in about 15 minutes to use the bathroom. Lo and behold, my food is already ready, so they shoo me out the door. I didn't even receive a text message saying that my order was ready, so I could have wasted an extra 15 minutes just standing around.I sat down outside to eat while watching all the people wait to get in the store, and I expected to...
If they allowed the customers the option to pay a few more dollars for upgrading the fish inside the rolls I would give them a higher rating. They have the Bluefin tuna and belly salmon so why not allow customers to pay the extra amount or difference to get better sushi fish inside the rolls? Not asking for it for free. Paying for it. You can set price at $3,$5 or whatever to upgrade fish inside rolls but to say no or not give option is not so good. Any upgrade or upsell option should always be an option for customers
I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. The tuna was fresh and exceptionally delicious. I highly recommend this remarkable and affordable restaurant.

Parking: The restaurant is situated in a busy plaza, but you should be able to find parking within the area.
Consistently great sushi and service. My new go-to sushi place, for both take out and sit down meals.
