I took our 7 year old daughter to Nordstrom at this location as part of a birthday celebration. I wanted her to be able to pick out a special outfit to wear to the other events of the day, and worked with Elvie in the children's department for a personalized shopping experience starting about a month out from the event. Everything was perfect- it was clear that they had taken great care to set up many options in a fitting room in her size and based on our specifications. There was even a little treat and some balloons for her waiting upon our arrival. She had so much fun trying on different outfits, complete with shoes and accessories, and ended up selecting an outfit that fit her personalit...
Love, love, love this store and specifically this location. Such a large variety of items from high end luxury/designer to some basic. You could spend all day and all of your money in here! But I often frequent the shoes, purses, fragrance and clothing section. Nice staff with great customer service as well.
The tailor I believe (Simon) was very helpful! I broke the zipper on a new jacket I purchased at Nordstrom and he took care of me no problem and fixed it immediately. Great quick customer service!
Bought Hoka gymshoes and had the best workout and shoes salesman in 65 years! Nordstrom rocks!
