Ebisu - Table reservation

no authentic Japanese restaurant. overall only about the average. agedashi tofu terrible. agedashi tofu should use silk / soft tofu, cut into cubes, softened in bonito bread, and cast with radishes paste. this was not even close to what he should be. tempura was in order. the garnels were not very fresh, and I expected the texture crispy otoro (tuna belly) the fish was good, quite fat and smooth. it would be better without the topping, which melts the taste of the fish. I would recommend a bit of wasabi between the fish and rice, not in the topping sauce...Sake toro (salmon belly) like the texture of otoro, but more fat and thicker. A very unique and exceptional experience with amakasa style dining. We were offered a wide variety of sushi prepared in traditional and modern methods. The service was very friendly and patient as they explained each dish to our table. Our meal was paired with a chilled sake and a grand selection of desserts

1st time there..server was great. Explained all the food choices and even the different sauces. The food was hot, delicious and beautifully displayed. My favorites are Bento Boxes and the rainbow roll They had both and didn't leave me disappointed.

the first time here today. the food was good and the service was great. I had the 911 rolling and spinning reel. that will be a nice place to come when I want to treat myself.

beautiful place and nice eating! the sushi was delicious and they all came super fast! the server was so funny and friendly!
