the eboka is one of the restaurants that most surprised me in the ballad. The truth is he eats wonderfully. We took a menu that included among other delicacies a fantastic ajoblanco, and a sausage cake the most curious of this dinner is that each dish was accompanied by its own pairing. homemade beer that they themselves make, or wines of all kinds that accompany and dress in a perfect way the dishes that the eboka restaurant offers a very important place to take into account, both for treatment and for service, and especially for quality. very interesting the proposal of this restaurant, where the pairs between drinks and food are closely linked. We tried a tasting menu and each dish (very Mediterranean cuisine and very focused on the typical cuisine of maraga) was accompanied by a wine from the area, so that the experience was changing throughout the dinner. I loved the detail of adding to goo part of the wine glass to the dishes to make the same effect that was done before when there was no salt in any way a supermantened kitchen.
We had a reservation and we were placed in a room where there were a couple of groups of 8 people and we asked to be changed, super friendly relocated to the top and a hit. We ask for very rich sausage cake and second tuna tarantela and solomillo with truffle sauce, both exquisite dishes, were undone in mouth, great taste and very good matter, we accompanied it with a wine of the lunar earth! all a success, we will return.
Very good gourmet/Mediterranean cooking site with ingredients from the marsh area that you can accompany from a good selection of wines. We especially thanked the attention of dew that I explain very well the components of each dish and made us very good recommendations. 100% recommendable and we will definitely return.
