We recently moved to Montpellier from London and have been trying out many different restaurants. We went here with a friend visiting for his birthday and had a wonderful meal with lots of really tasty and interesting dishes. We have all eaten in many fine dining establishments and considered that the food, service and setting was definitely deserving of a star. We were disappointed, as the restaurant owners and staff must have really been, to see that it wasn't awarded one in the latest guide this month. Definitely recommend to anyone and you need to book well in advance as it is so popular. I hope the joy they bring to customers can help make up a little for the Michelin disappointment.
Un endroit parfait pour une soirée calme et très agréable, un service exceptionnel, des plats à la hauteur de nos attentes. Chaque assiette du menu Émotion nous a laisser sans voix. Tout est parfaitement travailler au niveau des saveurs, l'accord mets et vins s'accorder très bien. Un grand merci a toute l'équipe, des serveurs qui sont très proches de vous avec de superbes explications sur les plats et les vins, a la cuisine pour leur travail exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !!
perfect dinner, everything is amazing, no false notes and amazing dishes, the squash is really falling in the mouths of lovers who are highly worked and maturely thought about waouh butter again) a great bravo. I think it does not bring anything more to what has already been written here, hoping that it would do to those who contributed to the success of this moment.
we are in montpellier every year and have visited many top restaurants. but here we were so surprised. this fantasy, the various sensational aromen, wow, just brilliant. it began with very small amuse-bouches, which only justified the visit. super service and excellent value for money. absolutely reserve, it has only over places.

Ebullition didn't steal his name. It was an endless suite of wonder of papillae. Everything was perfect. The elegant and warm welcome. The atmosphere tame and perfectly sounded. Tasting advice and presentations. And this infinite suite of culinary discoveries, textures and surprising flavours. A real sense experience. Thank you.
It was a wonderful evening; the food was tasty and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and pleasant. We chose one of the tasting menus and were rewarded with a delightful 5 course meal with outstanding food. We highly recommend this restaurant. For the experience we thought it a good value.
