I have been to Eddie’s V’s on multiple occasions. I have never had a bad experience until last night. It was Valentine Day and l had reservations. Let’s start off with I didn’t care for the small room with only five tables, I felt that we were excluded from the entire resturant. The service from our server was outstanding! Our food arrives and the crab fried rice was cool, not hot at all. The rest of our food was hot. I did not send the rice back because the rest of our food would have gotten cold and w3e would have been waiting again. For it to be a special date night and spending $400 that night, I was a little disappointed.
that is the first time we went to eddie w and we are very happy that we did. it was our 40-year anniversary and I am glad that we spent our special evening there. they made it special. the service was exceptionally fabulous. our server, Sierra, is the best, she reminded me of the service we had in the old days. she just didn't take the command and serve. she did the little things and made talks. we loved her. their recommendations were correct. she made our special day. the rest of the staff was there, but they would not have noticed because they were so discreet. what a special place.
My Husband and I love Eddie V's. Last night we tried the Tuna Tartare .. wow it was amazing. We did order it with cucumbers instead of the chips since neither one of us like any kind of heat. Our server Laura was outstanding in guiding us in the right direction. The only complaint I ever have at this restaurant is always when we check in. There is always a long line of people waiting to be taken to their tables. To me, it always feels like this cheapens our experience. Wish they could sort this out out.
We had a great time the food is delicious. I was disappointed we wanted to sit in he bar area to hear live music but I wasn’t aware that it’s best to call in to make the request. They did accommodate us as best they could. A great time was had by all we will definitely do this again.

We told them it was a birthday when we checked in and they decorated table and gave special birthday dessert. We already recommended them to another couple who made a birthday reservation the next day!
