Eddie V's Prime Seafood

We were often with Eddie V and were never disappointed. The crab cakes are the best everywhere. There is no recognizable filler. In fact, when you take your first fork, it begins to fall apart. I didn't have a bad meal there. We usually stick to the fish selection. The Parmesan chest sole is fabulous, and the part is really enough to share. The halibut is also excellent. We were just there to celebrate an anniversary. We had a friend. Although we all complained about being completely sat when Matthew brought us the chocolate lava cake, we couldn't dig our spoons fast enough! Last year at Eddie V’s we thought we had the best steaks and we hope that this year would not be disappointment. We had the bone in ribeye, which was cooked for perfection and so delicate that one could cut it with a fork!!! The crab fried rice was d superior and the wedge salad was incredible!!! This year dinner is literally the best we ever had. We'll make Eddie V's priority every time we get to Scottsdale. This is a must if you love fine steaks!!!

Seafood tower, crab cakes,and banana foster dessert are all excellent and highly recommended.
