But I haven 't eaten Italian that well for a long time and thanks to the host you really have the feeling of sitting in Italy every now and then. But to the details: The greeting from the kitchen in the form of bruschette already increases the anticipation of the courses to come. A few basil leaves would have rounded it off for my taste.
