Edinbane delivered beyond our expectations on all counts. Perhaps the best part were the staff. This is fine dining in a casual setting. Often staff at restaurants with such high quality food are a bit “snooty”. Not this group. Very personable and extremely well versed in all aspects of the food and drink offered. The use of locally sourced ingredients makes a mockery of many restaurants that throw this term around loosely. Not Edinbane. They tell you where everything is sourced. Preparation and presentation were superb. Despite the multiple courses, the portions are small enough so we did not feel overstuffed. Kudos to the locally born chef and his entire staff
Another brilliant dinner at Edinbane Lodge. From the moment we walk in, all through service, and leaving; the service was brilliant. Attentive and caring, but not intrusive. The food is just outstanding; every morsel was delicious, and we were there for the first weekend of the Festive Menu delicious turkey, by far the best Christmas dinner we’ve ever had
This was an outstanding experience, from start to finish. Possibly the best meal my husband and I had ever had. Absolutely, worth it. Incredibly talented chef, inventive menu and warm and attentive service. Five Stars
