Edison: Food+drink Lab

Edison is the best food in Tampa in my opinion. The staff is friendly, passionate about their food, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations. The food itself is art on a plate. If mouthwatering was an Olympic sport, this place would take all medals. Ask for Mathew, he helped with our choices and made sure my selections were safe (given my food allergies. We will be returning and looking forward to combinations of flavors that haunt my taste buds dreams in the best way possible.

Stopped in for dessert and drinks! Cool experience with a chef rotated menu. Loved the unique flavors of the dessert. Drinks were great and diverse. The staff was helpful with helping us figure out which drink would suit our tastes. Parking lot is small around the back so sometimes need to consider side street parking and walking to spot.

What a wonderful experience we had here. Loved all of the food and the drinks. The food was amazing and out of this world delicious! Definitely coming back. There menus changes all the time. Every experience here will be a new one. I love it! They also catered to my dog hank and I appreciated that so much. Everything here is DELICIOUS!

This is our second time at this restaurant. The Food was amazing. The drinks were very good. The service was excellent. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we have a good time, the only disappointment was that they don’t do anything extra to make your celebration special. Even though, I recommend this place.

this place was great. we made the 5 cursor tasting and it was not disappointed. the aromen build every cursor and then related it to a beautiful middle floor for the desert. the price is high, but it is worth it. thanks to our server for a wonderful time and a perfect service.
