I highly recommend this restaurant The welcome is always warm and friendly. We can create its nagiris, makis, sashimis, etc. with the fish of our choice (fish available on a map). For an appropriate price, you can eat fresh dishes of quality, made on site by a chef. The service is more or less fast depending on the world in the room, but it is of quality and pleasant with good advice. Think about booking in advance because there is a limited number of places We will return with pleasure
The best sushi I've ever had, without a doubt! Everything is always perfect in Edo: the presentation, the restaurant itself, the service and of course, the sushi. The menu is always well explained, with a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm, and changes depending on availability, so we always eat a little differently each time. By far the best sushi in Nantes! Fresh quality fish and rice as well as accompaniments are also excellent and very well served And besides the Edo team is super cool, we don't want to eat sushi anywhere!
Murder! And not so expensive for the quality level! Crea in particular are really amazing, but all the rice to fish through the service is worth the detour!
