I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the terrible experience I had at edo on June 21st. When we received our food, we noticed that several items were missing, such as avocados, eggs, and utensils. Furthermore, the orders themselves were completely wrong - my brother, who ordered a vegetarian meal, found meat in his dish which made him ill, my friend did not receive the dumplings they ordered, and my own dish was barely filled for the high price we paid. None of us will be ordering from this restaurant again, as they clearly do not pay attention to orders and do not provide sufficient portions for the prices they charge.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I got the rams. my friend has the udon. there was no taste, the smallest piece of meat (which smells as if it were old) and not enough broth for the noodles. (my friend has too much broth, doesn't make sense) nothing has been marked. a complete waste of money I would enjoy a package of rammen better. editing: less than an hour later I was in the bathroom with magenache. of 3 bites, please. please... they don't see the prices and think they get a good offer. only in edison is a beautiful selection of Japanese food. you're going to be mash. I feel despised.
The Tofu Tempura Roll was dry and chewy, giving the impression that it had been left under a heat lamp for too long. The Avocado Cucumber Roll was similarly disappointing, with the cucumber lacking crispness and the avocado being mushy and overly ripe. If they can't get their vegetable rolls right, I wouldn't even consider trying their fish.
I ordered a white tuna roll and a lobster roll at this restaurant and thought they were delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great sushi.

This restaurant is amazing! Chef Jun really knows how to cook. I can't wait to come back. The Fat Cup is a must-try, along with their awesome menu.
The Musubi is overly salty, but the portion size is generous. The Amazing Bowl is tasty, but it is also quite pricey.
The whole family loves the Ramen and Edo Bowls, but the Udon is the #1 hit!! Great food!! Sushi is very good too!
The meal was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. It also included extra items I requested!
