I've been eating here for 8 years. All my previous experiences were fantastic. Unfortunately I arrived yesterday and had nothing near what I had before. It's pretty dated now and feels dingy and old. That was my first impression. Next, I couldn't help but find the restaurant was empty? Maybe two people were at the bar. Otherwise no other diners were there. We sat and ordered two steaks. My son ordered the Rodeo Steak, I ordered the Steak salad. After the order, our experience was disturbed by the waitress who took the carpet around us for not less than five minutes. She said a big party had just gone. This made the ambience quite unnoticable (again nobody is in the restaurant area and I thin...
Everything was perfect. I have the steak and crab cake. Our server let us know about the scallop shrimp mix instead of crab due to the low on crab and it honestly tastes so much better. Steak was perfectly cooked. The girlfriend got the lobster and it looked good and she says perfectly costed. The anniversary dessert was also amazing! Presentation and service of all employees and servers were PERFECT. Matthew definitely shows that above and beyond is the second nature for him. I can see why they're here so long! Loved the atmosphere. Just complaints, it's really easy to hear another table. What is honest is nothing compared to how great everything is.
Wow! What a great place. Reservations suggested. We stayed on Friday night on the way to another restaurant after we noticed all cars in the parking lot. We're glad we made it! I had removed the beef short ribs with bones. It was even more delicious than this photo. You have an extensive menu and wonderful drinks and wine list. You won't be disappointed when you feed here.
Great dinner. Our first time here and we will be back! We had mostly specials, but my husband had the Delmonico, which he loved. I had a Sicilian seafood special and I really loved it. Seafood corn chowder and short rib scallop apps were delicious, along with the strawberry shortcake dessert. And our server, Caleb, was exceptional. He was there every time we needed him.
