Knuckle of lamb is something you rarely find, but it can be delicious. The one I had at Eggert's restaurant was very tasty, slowly cooked to perfection and served with finest vegetables. Highly recommendable! Friendly staff. They served a warm Coke, but replaced it after...my complaint.
We stayed in the hotel nights. That included the evening meals. Each night we had things to pick from. From fish to beef to chicken. First dish was soup then the main meal. After that desert. Could not ask for more. Service was...super.
after a week in europa I had saved my calories for a few German sausages, which did not look like the menu but they sent the chef to the metzger and our main dish was a big mix
