I always love coming here frequently do when I want a good hearty meal or bringing friends. We are always kindly greeted welcomed when arriving. It smells wonderful makes us more hungry! We are served a cup of soup (gratis with every meal including breakfast (their soups are delicious . The staff is friendly always accommodating. Our food is served hot in generous proportions for the price (very reasonable compared to other restaurants of this kind , it can’t be beat. My husband ordered the broiled pork chop special, which came with homemade chicken noodle soup, a baked potato, green beans, and ice cream. I opted for the beer-battered perch special, which included homemade navy bean soup, a baked potato, green beans, and rice pudding. Both meals were not only delicious but also generous portions at a great price. The owners were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem for its value, inviting atmosphere, and the wide range of delicious homestyle comfort food.
