The food at this restaurant was really good. However, my sister had a negative experience with a waitress who was argumentative when she found a hair in her food. We ended up paying without eating, but were contacted by the District Manager of Eggsmart who was apologetic and sympathetic to our situation. They sent an apology letter and a gift card, which we appreciated. Despite the waitress's attitude, the food I ate was delicious. Thank you to Kirk Elliott, the Business Development Manager of Eggsmart Food Corp, for reaching out to address the issue.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant. I ordered the brioche French toast with fresh (seasonal) fruits. The French toast was thick and cooked perfectly, topped with blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, and a hint of cinnamon icing sugar. It was absolutely delicious.
This restaurant is our favorite spot for breakfast. The food is always delicious and the portion sizes are generous, making it great value for money. The service is excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. These qualities are what keep us coming back!
