After we were able to make a very positive assessment last autumn with our club we were disappointed last night on all the same. the preparation of 12 cordon bleus lasted over 50 minutes although the restaurant had very little visitors. those with small special wishes received not what was ordered and addressed to critique the served daughter was very unfriendly. cordon bleu (rind) with chf 40.- is in the upper price segment and the quality was not worth this price.At the conversion of chf 850.- a free coffee should be offered any grappa!
