First thing on a Saturday morning 7:20am) and they were out of wheat bagels (and several others). Nobody in the whole place, and no greating from the 3 employees behind the counter. The bagel and cream cheese I ordered barely had any cream cheese on it, and the bagel tasted stale. Were these leftovers from yesterday? And why was it so rushed that you barely bothered to put any cream cheese on the dry/stale bagel? No tables to eat-in, so I took it to go, otherwise I would have asked them to remake it. If this was my first Einstein experience, I'd never return.
OK Ill mannered, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional staff. They had the nerve to tell that one bagel was expensive than the other and if I was sure that I wanted to buy it , Just because I was wearing a scarf On my head. my six toasted bagels were just thrown in a bag Like a piece of garbage and I had to literally make sets when I got home because everything was mixed up .Very rude people. I do not recommend anybody to Support them.
The restaurant boasts an outstanding variety of bagels and breads. The pastries are extraordinarily fresh, straight from the oven, and the staff is wonderfully courteous and amiable. There are numerous healthy choices on the menu, and their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it for breakfast!
I arrived at 6:05 AM, although the website indicated they opened at 6 AM. The lights were off, and the door was locked, even though the sign on the door said "open" and I could see bagels prepared for the day inside. We waited until 6:10, but no one showed up and the lights remained off.

This is the best Einstein Bros I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I visit four times a week and wouldn't trade it for anything else.
Always stop for a bagel and coffee when I'm in the neighborhood. I'm only in the area a couple times a year otherwise it would be a regular stop for me.
Skip this place, the service is terrible. I've asked the lady behind the counter a question and she walked away from me.
