Hi, I hope this is a constructive review and not to take it or receive it otherwise. While I’m waiting for my order, and this is my very first time coming ,I can say the the people to people experience is 0. The girl at the cash register was angry and in a bad mood, looks almost like she is hating this place, she asked me to move to the other cashier because she was doing something, the other male proposed two types of chips, I did not understand the options and he almost yelled. No one smile, everyone’s hair is a mess, they screaming at each other for orders or other matters. The place could be cleaner, if you standing out looking at the menu you get the view of dirty almost like abandon fo...
They have no clue on customer service. They make their bagels extremely dark that looks like whole wheat bagel. And at Noon they don’t bake more bagels.. All they answer is “ that’s all we have right now, that’s all we have left” and I don’t know why they provide online order if you have to wait for ever for them to wrap the order that is already made. There was an amazing guy great customer service no longer working there imagine why. If you are not a rude slow unprofessional employee you are not welcome
It's not bad. If you like Einstein Bagels, then there's nothing really wrong with this one in particular. I'm just not really impressed with Einstein Bagels in general. And this one does have a bit of an outdated look and feel.
The girl must be unhappy with her life cause she has a weird vibe stank attitude. do better please lol
