This restaurant is both confusing and dangerous. A simple chicken roll was served with uncooked chicken, while a freshly made tortilla was so heavily salted it was barely edible. There have sent many changes here over the last year. The restaurant name changed to read Chumy y Mychu, then changed again to read El Paraiso, while it's original name still hovers on a sign outside. While some of our earlier experiences here had been better, we were never sure whether the daily chalkboard menu showed everything on offer. One day a chicken sandwich was no problem, while another day the same was impossible. Perhaps the chef was having a bad day. If my chef served food like this, risking Salmonella f...
