Over the years we have visited here, both for lunch and dinner, a number of times. It has been hit and miss see review Sept 2021 and has certainly been so this year. Both times we came for lunch. Both times we had paella. However, one time it was good, well cooked, and service was good. The other, the opposite. Came very quickly, undercooked, and service poor. It took three requests to get the bill, and two to get change from payment, over 20 minutes. Big difference, one time busy, the other quiet. There were more staff on the busy day, but that did not help. One review would be a “4”, the other scrape a “2”
Vino a mí como recomendación y no me decepcionó. Los camareros eran encantadores, muy serviciales con los pedidos. Estábamos pidiendo demasiada comida y nos recomendaron reducirla. Lo que recibimos fue todavía un poco más de lo que pudimos comer. La comida es deliciosa y la sangría también era buena. Hubo suficiente atención y no esperamos demasiado para comer. Teníamos la rueda de carne para compartir como entrante y la paella y las costillas para compartir entre cuatro de nosotros. El trago de ron con miel de cortesía al final también fue genial.
Llegó a media tarde para almorzar tarde. No tan ocupado, solo hay otras 4 mesas. Pedimos una rueda de tapas cada una por 15 € cada una, elige 5, una buena opción para elegir. Parecían enormes cuando los trajeron a la mesa, pero logramos terminarlos porque solo habíamos pedido platos ligeros. Todos eran excelentes y sabrosos y bien valen los 15 € cada uno. El servicio fue bueno por parte de la joven que atendió.
La comida no era gourmet, pero eso no se esperaba de todos modos, pero la comida era deliciosa. Las carnes simplemente se derritieron en la boca. Todos los mariscos increíbles. Compré algunas tapas y todo fue increíble. El personal es extremadamente amable y sus sonrisas iluminan el lugar. Las bebidas eran muy buenas y quién podría quejarse de tener un poco más de alcohol del esperado en su bebida.

Estuvimos en esta bodega hace 8 años y esta vez tampoco nos decepcionó. Servicio muy agradable y atento. La comida (5 tapas cada una para 2 personas) y una botella de vino fueron excelentes. Una auténtica bodega con cocina española, que lamentablemente ahora es una rareza en Puerto del Carmen. ¡Éxito continuo!
The restaurant was good, bit old but traditional, all the staff were friendly. Food was good, tapas looked good but we skipped that as we had tapas the day before. Would go back again good value.
Comida deliciosa. Segunda vez esta semana. Deliciosas tapas frescas, pero las gambas al ajillo también están riquísimas. Servicio amable y rápido. Muy recomendable
Had the Sangria, 17 Euros for what tasted last like squash. Paid and left without ordering food, Will never go back again, shame as it used to be great
