The owner’s daughter, a petite young woman, seemed unaware of the portion sizes and pricing, not realizing there were larger plates hidden behind the counter intended for bigger servings. The baked chicken legs arrived cold, as if prepared early that morning. Meanwhile, the vegetable sautéed chicken, though flavorful and oily, was surprisingly dry despite being served in its own juices. I’m adding an extra star for the friendly customer service and excellent communication skills of Norma, who truly saved my experience—so much so that I initially thought she was the owner. She manages the busy dining room all on her own with impressive skill and definitely deserves a tip for her hard work! 6/...

It's a very popular spot. Though I don't consider it that great, many do. While on my second visit there, the cheese empanada was over cooked (the dough dry and cold). The surprise ingredient of peppers in the cheese was good but they are not as wellstocked with a nice assortment of baked goods, as is the case in almost every other Colombian bakery I frequent. Having given myhonest opinion, I wouldn't squash going back as a quick stop. It does seem many enjoy their hot food. So, give it a try andshare your view with us all. Safe travels ????.
I am a huge fan of the empanadas at this restaurant! They serve two types: the Argentinian empanadas with a flaky crust and the Colombian empanadas made with a soft yellow corn dough. Both are incredible. Make sure to ask for them to be heated up, and definitely consider adding some hot sauce! My top picks are the chicken and spinach Argentinian empanadas and the chicken and potato Colombian empanada.
Food are comfort food. I enjoyed it. Service is questable. I talked to two staff. One ingored me, and the other one was ok and took my order. I think many staff don't speak English therefore they tried to ignore English speaking customers... Anyway my guess only. I called El Buen Sabor Bakery to order food for delivery, but the lady hung up on me three times, saying she didn't speak English. Then she told me that payment could only be made by card! Very frustrating experience with their menu ordering process.
Fantastic place for Colombian cuisine! The portions are sizable, and the flavors are exquisite. Definitely worth a visit!
One of the best to get Colombian food and pastry. Have to make sure you go early, cause they run out of stuff quick.
The food is delicious but a bit pricey. The atmosphere fits well with the gentrified neighborhood. Book a table now
