I placed an order over the phone. I picked up my order at the wrong Bukanas. I drove to the correct one and they cancelled my order without notification . I asked if they could do my order again and i was told that I had to wait that there were 4 customer ahead of me. When it wasn't my fault they canceled my order without notification. I like the food there but they have bad customer service...Not going back…
This place is so good! One of the best wet burritos in town, fantastic carne asada fries and a yummy chicken quesadilla. You can order online through there website for no additional fee which is very convenient. Highly recommend!
Superb customer service!The girl taking orders is so polite and attentive. In the Spanish speaking community, that goes a long way.
