Didn’t waste your time and money and go to other restaurant. Food is not cooked, they just mix things and call it a plate. Cod and salmon are the ones you can buy in a supermarket, they are not fresh and pear salad is disgusting because pear is hard and it has no taste. I order a Coca Cola and was served in a can but at a high price.The only good thing is the terrace. Any Other place in town is better and it is far. Awful! Do NOT go!! Avoid! The food is awful but what’s even worse is the woman (owner? If you try and give calm constructive feedback she yells and screams at you, even her son held his head in shame and was embarrassed by her response! Utterly shameful way to run a business. We had a less than satisfactory experience and can 100% tell you there’s much better food and hospitality in town!!! Stay clear!!! Seriously, go to the beach or other places in the square for a much better experience! Do not be lured in by the roof top setting, it’s nice enough but not worth wasting your time or money in what we felt was the worst restaurant experience in Altea, by far!
I wish I’d read the reviews before visiting but this is an average restaurant which only excels in a wonderful terrace setting overlooking the town square. The steak €26) was over cooked for a medium and was smaller than a kids palm and came with small chopped potatoes. It was such a disappointment. The chicken kebabs were average. Overall….avoid

Situado en pleno casco antiguo de Altea frente a la iglesia. Nunca habíamos ido y la verdad es que nos sorprendió gratamente. Pedimos solo comida italiana, la pasta estaba perfecta y los platos ricos. Cenamos en la terraza con unas vistas a la iglesia espectaculares. El precio para ser un restaurante de Altea y para lo que comimos estuvo bien.
The staff didn’t smile and felt kind of angry. We ordered 2 pasta and both were cold, and were put in the microwave. When it got back the sauce was still cold.
El pan de gasolinera y alioli de bote, casi 6€ para cuatro personas, la comida bastante sosa para el precio, el camarero seco.
Un sitio muy bueno, con un trato muy familiar y unas vistas desde la terraza extraordinarias. Y la comida muy rica.
