This is a small, intimate, local, no frills establishment with very authentic and affordable Honduran food. You order your food at the counter and pick it up at the counter. The empanadas are very good and the sweet corn tamales with cream are absolutely delicious! Some of the food is pre-made while others can be adapted to a vegetarian palette (baleadas with beans and cheese, cheese empanadas, corn tamales, etc. Communication can be a bit rough sometimes but it always works out in the end!
Delicious, affordable and consistent. I recommend fried fish and traditional sides are always great. Make sure you get the spicy onions. Sometimes they ask if you want it and sometimes not, but you should always get it. Even if you sit or not in a hurry, order the empanadas. They are made fresh and very good.
Like Spanish food. They won't be disappointed. That's real hispanic food. With seating you don't feel like yours in America anymore. Have fun.
