Aunque este Hotel-Restaurante tiene comedor dentro y la cocina he podido comprobar que es buenísima y en cantidad, por como somos (mi familia y yo), cuando vamos preferimos comer en el bar, de tapas en las pocas mesas que tienen cerca de la barra. Los pimientos rellenos están... otro de nuestros platos favoritos son los chipirones (fritos, los tienen también a la plancha), y las patatas con salsas, claro, aparte de las alitas de pollo y las costillas, que les encantan a los más pequeños. Para beber, me vais a permitir recomendaros el vino de jarra que tienen de la casa, o la sidra, pero si optais por sidra, que os la escancie el camarero, que es mucho mejor que si os ponen el aparatito ese p...

Although this Hotel-Restaurant has dining inside and the kitchen I have been able to check that it is very good and in quantity, as we are (my family and I), when we go we prefer to eat in the bar, tapas in the few tables that have near the bar. the fillers are. another of our favorite dishes are the chipirones (fritos, also have them on the plate), and the potatoes with sauces, of course, apart from the chicken wings and ribs, that love the little ones. To drink, you're going to let me recommend the jar wine they have from the house, or the cider, but if you choose the cider, you'll have the scanned waiter, which is much better than if they put the parasite to hit the cider, at least I noti...

Este restaurante posee una gastronomía que destaca la de la villa pixueta de Cudillero, enteramente vinculada a la pesca. Se pueden degustar sardinas de abaroque, merluza del pincho, pixín (rape), besugo a la espalda, bonito en rollo, calamares, bacalao y curadillo, el plato más típico de Cudillero. También la fabada, el pitu de caleya y los mariscos son muestras representativas de la cocina local. En repostería, cabe sugerir arroz con leche, requesón, bullinas, franxuelos o frixuelos.
