As a avid fan of Cibao for many years I am extremely upset as to how the menu has changed. I have ordered over six varied items over the past 3 weeks and they ALL tasted the same! Beyond bland is basically the only thought I have to offer. I was a major fan of the grilled chicken over a house salad. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, with avocado on top. The dressing was delicious and flavorful. I ordered this 2 weeks ago. It had lettuce, tomato, red+ green peppers, No avocado. It had tons of kale or cilantro and the dressing tasted like it was watered down. Today I had the grilled chicken plate and there was lettuce and tomato in the dish, NO dressing nor flavor. I also ordered a chicken plate that...

I took a friend to Cibao Latin Cuisine to celebrate his birthday, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. However, we were a bit taken aback by the flies in the outdoor dining area. Fortunately, we decided to eat inside, where everything was just fine. The food was delicious, and our total bill for three people was around $80, which included three main dishes, one appetizer, one alcoholic drink, and two soft drinks. All in all, it was a good experience, and the service was excellent.

The food at Cibao Latin Cuisine is outstanding and reasonably priced. There are no frills or gimmicks, just genuinely delicious dishes that feel quite authentic. I adore their maduros, especially since they don’t rely on syrups for sweetness like many other restaurants do. Keep in mind that it's cash-only, so bring some with you, but you won’t need a lot, which is unusual for this area filled with trendy spots. It deserves to be busier, but it appears they do a lot of delivery business.

The food at Cibao Latin Cuisine was delightful, and the portion sizes were quite generous. Most dishes were around $14. The passion fruit juice was both flavorful and sweet, and the fried sweet plantains were delicious. Personally, I would have liked the plantains to be a little juicier, but that’s just my personal preference as a plantain lover. Please note that they only accept cash, and our server Carolina delivered outstanding service. Book a table now

I went to this restaurant with my co-workers and they ordered the chicken and chicharron mofongo, which they said was plentiful and delicious. I opted for the chicken soup, which had a really tasty and home-cooked flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant has a simple and cozy mom-and-pop atmosphere that is clean and well-organized. The staff, including the waitresses and counter person, were very friendly.

The food is amazing and the ladies at the restaurant are super sweet. I’m rating them 4 stars because they are a CASH only restaurant and they charge more if you dine in but cheaper if you do any of the delivery services. Found that weird normally its the opposite way. Either way food is amazing just take out.
