the Clarete(Vitoria) restaurant is located on the street near low, once qualified as a poteo area, of the Alavesa capital. is a small place that offers a creative Basque cuisine and author. among these creations are dishes such as: marmitako of bogavante, the potato terrina, morcilla and idiazábal cheese with broth of chickpeas, the ox rao salad with apple puré and dice of foie, the rice broth of lobsters, the cod salad marinated with cauliflower cream, the corns of the egg ceramic with and so on.
Your tasting menu looked amazing. It's from those places that nothing else comes out, you know you're coming back. I knew it because I went through the pintxos area (whether it happens, the best I've ever tried).
