The pupusas here are delicious, but they really need to sort out their phone system. Every time I call, it’s either busy or the call doesn’t go through at all. I’ve never managed to place an order without making at least 13 calls! Their online ordering system seems decent, but even though it says you can order for pickup, that's not possible. Additionally, they should consider using a floor cleaner that doesn't irritate everyone's eyes when dining inside. I want to emphasize again that the food is truly excellent; they just need to improve a few things.
We visited on a Sunday evening and found the restaurant lively and busy, but we were seated promptly. Our server was friendly and attentive, taking our order without any delay. They had run out of lettuce, but substituted it with pico de gallo, which was a great choice. The food was delightful. There is plenty of outdoor seating available, although it’s closed during the colder months. I can imagine it would be wonderful to eat outside when the weather is warmer. Since it was still chilly during our visit, the outdoor seating wasn’t open yet.
The server was exceptionally kind. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered a pupusa, a pastry, and a chicken sandwich, and all of them were fantastic—the pupusa was the best I've ever had. Plus, everything is so reasonably priced; it's almost unbelievable. My sandwich was similar to a banh mi but featured a whole chicken breast! I would give this place a 6 out of 5 and definitely recommend it.
If you're determined to eat here, I recommend ordering to go. The pupusas are just average; I tried the chicken and cheese option, but couldn't taste any chicken at all. The beans are pureed to a watery consistency and don’t contain any actual beans. The air conditioning barely works, and it's actually cooler to sit outside on the patio, even on a 96-degree day. Additionally, the service leaves much to be desired.

I placed an order and they delivered it cold, the tortillas are made just to get out of the commitment, raw and misshapen, the pupusas have more dough than what they put inside, the way of serving the dishes has changed. More than what you pay and very little food
The food at this restaurant is consistently outstanding. It showcases authentic El Salvadoran dishes that are prepared fresh and made by hand. Although I live in Virginia, I don’t mind making the drive just to savor this delicious cuisine.
I always loved the food at this place but on Sunday I was disappointed with the food, they served very little and the beans were pure water.
The best pupusas I've ever tasted! I've been a fan of pupusas my whole life, and these are absolutely exceptional.
