Half board stay with my family in May 2024 and had a few days in our villa with no Wifi, which was frustrating and disappointing. We had contacted reception and a man came to look at it and said that he just started 2 months ago and that we will have to wait for his colleague to come and fix it the following day. No one actually came to fix it after all! Delightful hotel which is very different from the soulless corporate buildings nearby. Lovely gardens and wonderful self contained rooms. The breakfast choice is absolutely wonderful. We had bed and breakfast so did not eat an evening meal in the hotel. The restaurant that adjoins the hotel (Restaurant Del Gato) is outside the security gate the food was quite good but the building itself is somewhat lacking in atmosphere it is a pity they could not bring this restaurant into the grounds so that you could eat outside in the cactus garden rather than a dated marquee. Recomendable si buscas la tranquilidad y la relajación, un hotel diferente y muy apropiado para desconectar. El diseño del hotel está muy bien, pero las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, y las habitaciones sobre todo una reforma, el mobiliario está deteriorado por el tiempo y el uso, y necesitan una reforma enteras pata dar un buen servicio, no pueden tener algo asi por el precio y el año en el que estamos, parecen del cuéntame. Tienen mucha intimidad. Los trabajadores muy amables y profesionales.
Relaxing, quiet, great for escape and chill out time holiday hotel. Great location, walking distance from the beach. Very friendly staff. Suits are very clean, with the advantage of your own garden/ sun bathing area. Great choice of food for breakfast and excellent service. I was pleased with all the facilities within a suit and within the hotel.
spacious and beautiful rooms, very complete bathroom. the staff very friendly although some did not speak almost Spanish. We had an incident two nights in a row with an insect in the room and there was no way to locate someone from the hotel to ask for help.
