Upon stumbling upon this place I fell instantly in love. The decor was not your typical Spanish setup but a modern, stylish yet kitsch artistic setup. The food looked mouth watering. I easily spotted the tortilla and croquettes de jamon. But then these little tacos with tiny pegs to hold them in place. Amazing. I loved the little area where you can by cool trinkets and accessories. This place is so worth it, they speak English which makes it's easier to order. Do your self a favour and don't leave Gijon without visiting El Faison Dorado. I love the puppets I bought there. I will treasure them forever
The food and presentation of El Faisan Dorada must really to seem to be believed. The quality and variety of food is spectacular. Quality ingredient go into every product and it really shows in the flavour and taste. Especially loved the delicious cakes. Staff are supper friendly and very helpful. It's not to be missed.
Food is exquisite! is characterized by the quality of the products and a variety in daily dishes difficult to find in other places. combine traditional home food and international food from different countries of the world. a pass! and the magnificent attention that give you a super recommended place!
