el fenix mesquite used to be the meal of our families they have recently gone to Wed-Special, no announcement, no warning. we paid a little more for the same meal. they should have even reduced the portion chips. most importantly, our waiter practically ignored us most of our internal dining time, which is supplied with alcohol on tables. Non-drinkers pay attention to their service levels. we are not soaked. I'm looking for a better culinary experience as well as the best price-performance building, even less.
Love love love this El Fenix!!! Really good food and the waiter has been there a long time and is so nice and serves everything perfectly. Now the only down side is when you go to pay your bill the cashier's ignore you and make you wait while they are either on the phone or just playing with the register. I would really like to have the same pleasant experience checking out as I had with the food and wait service.
Love this El Fenix. Just popping in for lunch now and again is awesome I never spend more than $12 on my meal. Of course there's the tip but for the service and yummy food I don't mind at all.
Jimmy was an amazing server. Definitely made the night. He was very prompt and always made sure we had everything we needed! Will for sure come back and ask for him!
