On a positive note, the establishment itself was very nice and beautiful. The restrooms were clean, the dining area was impressive, and the service was great. My main complaint revolves around the lack of accommodation for my preferences; I didn’t want rice, vegetables, beans, or mashed potatoes, but that seemed to be the only option available. I know the owners are doing well because the place was packed. I also understand that the prices of greens have been affected by inflation. Unfortunately, it was my loss that evening. Definitely go for the combo! It's available all day, every day, and offers a wide variety of options. I chose the garlic blackened shrimp, paired with maduros and black beans, and it came with a selection of soup and dessert. The main dish was incredibly flavorful, with the garlic sauce being a standout that complemented everything perfectly. I opted for the tomato soup, which was decent, though not particularly remarkable. However, the flan I had for dessert was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite aspects of this place was the portion size; I didn’t leave feeling overly stuffed, but I was satisfied and had the chance to try several different dishes.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and it was a great choice. I ordered the scallops served with black beans and sweet plantains, which I really enjoyed. For an appetizer, I had crab cakes, which came with two cakes and were quite delicious. I also tried a small lobster bisque. The scallops were blackened and had fantastic flavor. I definitely recommend this place!
Took family here since we were in the area. Menu looks expensive ,but they also have a lunch menu with good options and it included a soup we had arroz Frito with shrimp, fried shrimp,grilled chicken, blackened fish fillet with mash Coach of those plates was $12. Unbelievable that they came with soup each. Taste was great so we will be back soon. Book a table now
