Ya he visitado otros Fogones de Mariana antes, y el de la calle Brasil (Cádiz) ha sido el peor de todos ellos de momento. La mayoría del servicio estuvo bien, o al menos ningún otro comensal tuvo quejas de sus platos, pero mi principal, la hamburguesa montanera, venía quemada por ambos lados, y la guarnición de patatas fritas llegó fría. También tardaron en servir una segunda bebida, al punto que llegó cuando ya habíamos terminado de comer. Estos detalles son los que hacen que vuelvas a un sitio, y en mi caso, me da que no repetiré.
Un restaurante que conozco desde siempre, siempre hemos celebrado allí cualquier cumpleaños, cualquier aniversario....es verdad que hacia al menos un año o año y medio que no iba....por diferentes circunstancias, pero esta vez con mucha ilusión con la familia reservamos.... queríamos que nos pusieran algo de beber...nos teníamos que levantar a pedir....para la comida tuvimos que avisar para que nos tomaran nota.....nos levantamos para que nos cobraran......no estuvieron pendientes a nosotros en ningún momento....
