We took him up on it and we were so glad we did. The food was simply amazing. We had sheep cheese with roasted peppers for starters and suckling pig for the main dish delish! Sin opción vegetariana, un pescado fuera de carta, les molesta poner una jarra de agua con hielos cuando hay 35 grados a la sombra, no vaya a ser que pidamos menos bebida, y eso que nos gastamos más de 300 euros. Un detalle muy feo. Además nos colocaron la mesa de tal forma que a dos de nosotros nos daba el sol, estando al lado nuestra una mesa igual de grande, vacía. This is the best restaurant to have lamb at Pedraza. I have been there many times with my family. More or less 10 years going to these place. For us a mandatory stop while in Madrid. A must in the area. Delicious! Excellent service!

We went with our 8 year old daughter who polished off the suckling pig after trekking. Lovely wine and fresh local delicacies. A great Segovia cultural experience with super friendly staff
