I'm not going to discover anything new about how everyone works and the product they handle in this restaurant. what many do not know is the type of person, I mean aitor, is the first time we saw it and was filled in all tables both for the command and to explain and dissect, in our case, rodaballo in all parts, flavors and textures so different. passion is a good ingredient for everything to come out as it came out.
