Not sure why it took me this long to visit El Maguey. But the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff. The place is very inexpensive and the food is amazing. This is authentic Mexican food. I ordered some tacos and they were delicious, my wife ordered the shrimp fajitas and they were amazing. She couldn't finish the whole plate. Also they have different variety of salsas and every single tasted amazing. This is a great place to get Mexican food around San carlos, and belmont. The only downside is the limited space to dine in. And the parking lot situation. But if you want great tacos, this is the place to go!
Super Burrito was great, filling and just like 10 bucks. The content got a little soggy and not as tasteful as I hoped, but still satisfying af. Nothing a bunch of salsa can't fix! It's really nice that chips and salsa are free. Overall, fast, cheap, fill and tasty. It is nice to take it to go and then a 1 minute walk to the park next to it to eat it outside. Food: 6/10 Vibes: 5/10 Service: 7/10 Price: 8/10
I've never had a more delicious herbal burrito. Though I'm not a vegetarian, I sometimes crave healthier options, and their vegetable burrito is fantastic. It's packed with zucchini, mushrooms, cabbage, avocado, and rice beans. Additionally, the friendly service at El Maguey is a huge plus. I give it 5 stars!
"The firmer the beans and rice are pressed into a tortilla, the tastier it becomes. Bonus points for the amazing teamwork and skill shown by the staff. Hands down, the best super burrito in San Carlos. And they have other good items on their menu too. Always a good choice for a authentic Mexican burrito and more. And the staff is very friendly too.
Delicious aromas and great value. I had the Chiles Rellenos and a pastor Enchilada, with Guac. All were delicious. And also fixed shares
