Excellent restaurant, spacious and comfortable, fully familiar and informal. Exquisite traditional cuisine, presents a good selection of the most representative dishes in the area. The restaurant has a variety of creole recipes such as ajiaco, bandeja paisa, arepas, etc. It is an ideal place with a pleasant atmosphere to live and experience the culinary culture of the Colombian country. Very good attention from waiters, variety and quality in the menu. As far as hygiene is concerned, everything is very tidy and tidy. It is a very clean and cozy place. One of the best restaurants, very friendly, the service they give is safe. You can hear typical music of the country. You have artists with li...

We dived here on a rainy day in the hope that we would get something as a vegetarian, the guy at the door immediately said that this is not a problem and on the two main local dishes that are usually meat. We went in and as he said, both of the best traditional Colombian dishes Ajiaco and Bandeja paisa both explained that they are available with vegetarian protein replacement. We ordered one of each Ajiaco came with tofu instead of chicken and the bandeja paisa with mini soy sausage and fake cracking. Both were great and gave us the opportunity to taste the traditional meals. Would recommend. I also suspect that both could be slightly vegan, too minus the egg for the Bandeja Paisa and with t...

Restaurant was located just a block or two from my hotel and I wanted to try ajiaco, Bogota's specialty. The dish is very very good, like a creamy chicken stew in gringo terms. Filled with lots of chicken, three types of potatoes, small cob of corn, capers and topped with avocado. I enjoyed it so much, I came here twice for dinner. On my second visit, I asked them to leave out the corn cob and capers. Very tasty. I would eat here again when I return to Bogota.

El Mejor Ajiaco Del Mundo for lunch Small restaurant with two seats for sitting 1st and 2nd floor. The 2nd floor gets more airflow from the outside, so we sat up there. It is a simple place with wooden table with benches. We had the Ajiaco pot that was excellent! So glad we tried. Full meal for 2 persons including tip was $18 USD
